Loop Fitness Collective: memberships and bookings that don't fight each other

A boutique studio in the Loop needed class bookings, membership tiers, and drop-in passes to live in one place — and to feel as energetic as the studio itself.

The challenge

Loop Fitness ran class schedules through one app and membership billing through another, with drop-in passes handled at the front desk. Members were confused about what they'd already paid for, and staff reconciled the two systems by hand every week.

What we built

We designed a bold, high-energy brand and site, then built a single booking engine that handles class reservations, recurring memberships, and single-class drop-ins in one cart — with automatic waitlists when classes fill up.

  • Unified booking for classes, memberships, and drop-ins
  • Automatic waitlists and cancellation notifications
  • Instructor profile pages with class history
  • New brand identity: logo, color system, and photography direction

The result

Class bookings, memberships, and drop-ins now run through one system, front-desk reconciliation time dropped to nearly zero, and the bold new brand identity has become part of the studio's in-person signage and merchandise.

"Fast, communicative, and the design is exactly the elevated feel we wanted. Our members noticed immediately."
